Application Programming Interface (API)

 1factory provides a very powerful set of APIs. With the APIs organizations can create and query a number of objects in their 1Factory account. The API accepts and returns request and response bodies as JSON, using UTF-8 encoding. Learn More

Data Storage > 5 Years

Priced Separately

 By default, 1factory stores data for up to five years per account. Any data storage beyond the standard five years requires an additional annual fee based on the volume of data generated.

Number of Included Inspections > 200 per user per year

Priced Separately

 Each named user account includes 200 Inspections per year. As an example, a 5 user account will include 1000 Inspections per year. Data Volumes in excess of 200 Inspections a year will require an additional fee. Users can either purchase additional user licenses or work with 1factory for a flat annual fee.

On-Premise Hosting

 By default, all 1factory accounts are hosted on the AWS GovCloud. However, we make an exception for mission-critical applications with FEDRAMP requirements. For such applications, 1factory may be optionally hosted on-premise or on the customer's virtual private cloud. Feature enhancements are included, are grouped and provided three to four times a year, and are mandatory.

 Automate data collection from CMMs and Vision Systems. Load data and update run-charts instantly, and provide real-time feedback to operators on the manufacturing floor, so they can adjust processes in real-time. Eliminate data-entry errors, minimize the possibility of incomplete or missed inspections, and free-up a significant amount of QC inspector time.

Multi-Org Structure

 For larger enterprises with a corporate and multiple dvisions or sites, 1factory offers powerful multi-org capability. With multi-org capability, corporate users can navigate back and forth between the Corporate and Site orgs. Organizations can also set up their QMS to have both Corporate and Site-specific Documents.

Validated Hosting, Part 11 Compliance, Validation Test Cases

 With this option, customers can activate electronic signatures (eSignatures), and run validation scripts. 1factory provides a separate hosting environment for customers that need to validate the system. 1factory also provide a comprehensive set of validation test cases, including User Requirements, Inputs, Error Checks, Expected Outputs and Test Data.
