Term Definition
Subscription Term All plans require a minimum one-year subscription commitment. Pricing is billed annually at the start of each subscription term.
Terms of Service Use of 1factory software is governed by the 1factory Terms of Service. By subscribing, your organization agrees to these terms.
1 (QC) User A named user with access to Manufacturing Quality Control, Incoming Quality Control, and Supplier Quality modules — including inspection planning, SPC, NCR, CAPA, and gage management.
2 Connected Supplier A supplier organization with access to the 1factory supplier portal to submit first article inspections, PPAP packages, corrective action responses, and ongoing shipment certifications.
3 (QMS) Power User A named user with authoring rights in the Quality Management System — including creating and approving documents, managing training assignments, running audits, and owning corrective action workflows.
4 (QMS) Basic User A named user with limited access to the Quality Management System — including viewing controlled documents, completing assigned training, and creating records.
