With this option, customers can activate electronic signatures (eSignatures), and run validation scripts. 1factory provides a separate hosting environment for customers that need to validate the system. 1factory also provide a comprehensive set of validation test cases, including User Requirements, Inputs, Error Checks, Expected Outputs and Test Data. |

Data Storage |
By default, 1factory stores data for up to five years per account. Any data storage beyond the standard five years requires an additional annual fee based on the volume of data generated. |

On-Premise Hosting |
By default, all 1factory accounts are hosted on the AWS GovCloud. However, we make an exception for mission-critical applications with FEDRAMP requirements. For such applications, 1factory may be optionally hosted on-premise or on the customer's virtual private cloud. Feature enhancements are included, are grouped and provided three to four times a year, and are mandatory. |
